Basically, this is the Integrated Offshore Dedicated Center (ODC) which is being transferred to the Client as stable engineering facility operating in sustained mode after a certain period of time (normally after 2 years of Eclipse SP operations). At the initial stage of office life Eclipse SP assigns the roll-out team staffed with highly qualified and individually trained managers and technical experts. They set up the initial organization, adapt and deploy the essential processes and practices, establish and supervise local "mirror" line functions (like QM, HR, CM, etc.) connected to headquarters, conduct staffing and coaching of new personnel. The goal of BOT services is to get ODC to a "transferable" state, e.g. 100% staffed with new, carefully selected, trained and adopted managerial and technical personnel, and having an operational capability with minimal supervision.
