- 1995. Foundation of ITC Software Development Group – an independent offshore IT outsourcing service provider staffed with experienced management and technical specialists previously employed by Hartron - the leading designer of space and commercial industrial control systems in Ukraine and Newly Independent States.
- 2000. A spin-off eSP Consortium was established as part of the initiative to merge several top-quality Ukrainian and American software development and hi-tech companies into a single organization capable of providing a broad range of technologies and target business expertise. With more than 250 IT professionals (in Jan 2005) eSP Consortium provided professional software services, custom software solutions and business process outsourcing across vertical markets.
- 2002. ITC Group was renamed into Eclipse Software Programming. The new name and logo symbolized the new mission and strategy of the company. We became focused on long-term commitments providing our clients with cost-effective virtual extensions of their IT organizations and embracing all stages of a product engineering lifecycle: from requirements definition, project analysis and planning through software construction and user documentation to QA, trainings and maintenance.
- 2005. Opening of a regional representative office in metropolitan Washington, DC to support existing US Clients and promote IT services of Eclipse SP in North America. Partners in UK, Germany, Switzerland and Austria. More than 80 specialists of excellent qualification. A recognized Ukrainian supplier of IT outsourcing services delivering reliable solutions that bring superior value to our Clients.
- 2006. Eclipse SP joins Sigma Group, ranked as one of the leading IT consultants in Sweden. The company receives ISO 9001:2000 certification for Quality Management System on the development, testing and support of software.
