Successful collaboration between Latvian entrepreneurs and Eclipse SP set out on June 25, 2008

The Ukrainian-Latvian business forum highlighted the significance of the economic and political dialogue between Ukraine and Latvia. During the meeting, Eclipse SP representatives took part in the discussions between Ukrainian and Latvian delegations and met with seven ICT entrepreneurs from Latvia.

Within the framework of the event, Ukraine and Latvia have agreed about economic complementation for 2008-2009 and signed a number of documents. The President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko said that stirring up cooperation between Ukrainian and Latvian businesses promises benefits for both countries.

The President of Latvia Valdis Zatlers is also assured that the further cooperation of two countries in all areas has a great potential.

"We found a right format for cooperation. And I am here to confirm this. Latvia was, is and will be an ally of Ukraine," Zatlers said.

The meeting helped to discover new opportunities for cooperation between two countries, as the President of Latvia arrived in the city jointly with a delegation of financiers who wished to maintain cooperation with Ukrainians.
